IRON MAIDEN: 'Death On The Road' Internet Game Available

February 19, 2006

An IRON MAIDEN Internet game promoting the upcoming release of the band's "Death On The Road" DVD can be accessed online at this location.

As previously reported, Sanctuary Records/Sony BMG has been forced to delay the release of IRON MAIDEN's "Death On The Road" DVD, scheduled for February 21, as a result of unforeseen production issues. Therefore, the U.S. premiere theater screenings through D&E Entertainment have been postponed as well. The rescheduled screenings and new release date will be announced soon. A more formal statement will follow.

A three-disc package, "Death On The Road" contains the full performance of IRON MAIDEN's "Dance of Death Tour", filmed in December 2003 at the Westenfalenhalle Arena, Dortmund. The special features disc contains an exclusive documentary directed by Matthew Amos, who also directed the band's award-winning "Early Days" documentary. It's an insight into the production of the "Dance of Death" album from its writing and recording through to the detail in what it takes to get a massive show like MAIDEN on the road.
